New Addition

OK, I finally caved. We have a new Australian Shepherd puppy. And it's a BOY. I truly caved!!! So far his name is Nitro and he's 3.5 mos old and is probably going to be a good size--60 lbs?? We'll see. So, here he is, along with some other pix of the kids. Have a very Happy New Year!!!!

Germany Update

Thought you might enjoy this story & update from my parents in Germany. They will be home early next week:

It is hard to believe that our time in Germany is almost over. Tomorrow we meet Barbara.

Here is my story from medival times in the Holy Roman German Empire:
They did not take a bath often because the water was so bad. Their hair would become full of lice and other bugs. To get rid of the bugs, they would but a piece of salami or another meat on their head under their wigs. The bugs would crawl in the salami and then they would throw the meat out.
